Number 25 is one of Loki's common underlings in Ragnarok. He wears a black leather jacket and has short black hair. 25 aids Loki and Siegfried during their mission to break up the Shinpaku Alliance by capturing their founder, Haruo Niijima. Though Sieg succeeds in capturing Niijima, crating him up, and shipping him out, the gang is tracked down to the harbor by Kenichi Shirahama and Miu Furinji. 25 is ordered along with Number 30 to help Sieg dispose of Kenichi. However, Sieg knocks them both out with his Mezzopiano, telling Loki and the other Ragnarok members that he will kill them if they interfere.
