Number 4 is a common underling of Loki, the fourth fist of Ragnarok. He wears goggles similar to Loki's, is thin and uses a pair of pronged short swords in combat, very similar to the badana-wearing member of the Valkyries. He is ordered along with Number 3 by Loki to attack Natsu Tanimoto during the final battle against Ragnarok. Tanimoto effortlessly defeats them.
