Summary[]
Jihan orders Sham to find out what “moe” means. Sham wanders through the snowy city, but cannot find the answer. When she is about to give up she meets two otako who say that she is very moe. As soon as Sham hears them mention the word moe she offers them money in exchange for their help. The otaku think she wants to buy merchandise and take her shopping.
She returns to Jihan dressed in a maid outfit and carrying masses of anime merchandise. When he asks which of these items represents the true form of moe she shows him a crying Matsuena mascot. Jihan decides that she has failed her mission and punishes her.
